The Financial Institutions (FI) Unit manages Local Financial Institutions, Specified Financial Institutions as well as Foreign Financial Relationships. The team is responsible for managing, growing and deepen client relationships and managing the entire banking and financial needs of the customer and serves as a single point of contact within the bank. 

FI team is highly motivated and knowledgeable, delivering effective systems, processes and dynamic solutions, through enhanced and committed client service delivery. Focusing on electronic payment solutions and processes, our adept management team enhances operational efficiency through technologies like Straight Through Processing (STP). Collaborating closely with our clients and correspondent banking partners, cross-border payments are streamlined and facilitated seamlessly.
