As customers’ expectations change, we are compelled to rethink the experience we deliver, as a result, we will be assisting our customers in meeting their needs at their convenience by allowing them to schedule their preferred time to meet with our sales and service officers across the NCB Group. This will eliminate physical and lengthy queues to make ease of business effortless.
What do I need to make an appointment?
A computer or mobile device, internet connection and access to JNCB website.
How do I make an appointment?
Make the appointment - After scheduling an appointment, a confirmation code will be sent via email or SMS to the customer. Customers will also receive a reminder via SMS on the morning of their visit.
Check-in - On arrival at the branch, customers are encouraged to use a mobile device to scan a QR code which takes them to the Enterprise Queue Management platform. Those Customers with an appointment will be able to check-in using their confirmation code. Customers without appointments will be able to complete the online appointment form to join the queue.
Go to the service area - Customers are able to wait anywhere until notified via SMS that a team member is ready to help. They can also track their position place in lie right on their device to determine when they will be served.
