NCB rolls out eStatements

25 Feb 2013

Effective March 15, 2013, NCB will introduce Electronic Statements (eStatements) via its internet banking portal, NCB Online. Upon implementation, customers will be able to view, save and share their account statements and cheque images days earlier than with paper statements, access their transaction history at any time and eliminate the risk of statements and cheques being lost in the mail. "NCB eStatements represents a move towards giving our customers greater convenience." stated General Manager, Customer Experience and Innovation, Sheree Martin. She continued, "We have invested heavily in the improvement of our IT infrastructure and the enhancement of NCB Online and the overall customer experience when interacting with this portal is a welcomed result." Audrey Tugwell Henry, Senior General Manager, Retail Banking supports Martin's assertion, "Our customers are more exposed and savvy than ever, and as a result they expect first world services from a bank of NCB's stature. NCB eStatements is a more efficient way to provide this service and we're pleased to be able to deliver on this expectation." As of March 15, customers will access their eStatements via a link in the bank's secure internet banking platform. Statements will be available by the third working day after the statement due date and statements and cheque images will be available online for up to six months. Should there be a need to access a statement that is no longer available through the portal, a request can be made via email through your NCB Online account."We are living in an 'instant' world; NCB is pleased to introduce a paperless facility which will improve our customers" experience with doing business with us. It is our intention to convert all of our customers to eStatements in the near future," stated Martin. Email info@jncb.com for further details.
