Visit any NCB branch to pick up your NCB Visa Debit card.
When you arrive, tell an NCB representative that you have come to collect your card so you can be ushered into the correct queue. You’ll need to bring along a few things.
You may also need the following if they are out of date or missing from your account details:
Before you come into branch download the NCB Mobile App from the Google Play or Apple App Store to manage your accounts on the go!
Remember to wear your face mask, and maintain physical distancing when you come by the branch.
Visit your preferred NCB Branch or make an appointment* to pick up your card.
Select*, ‘Set Appointment’ below then, ‘Personal Banking’ and you’ll be on your way to getting a debit card that does more! Remember to take along with you, the items listed above.
Your NCB Visa Debit card doesn’t work until you activate it, so don’t wait. There are 3 ways to activate your card. Once you begin the process you will receive a one-time password via text message (SMS) to your mobile and/or via email for verification. Look out for it because it is set to expire quickly for your security. Do not share the password with anyone.
Use any NCB iABM in-branch within 3-hours of card collection, visit our website, jncb.com/activate, or call 876-936-4222 and follow the prompts.
Select your 4-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN). Ensure that the PIN you select is easy for you to remember but cannot be easily guessed by others.
That’s it! Your card has now been successfully activated and is ready for use.
Activation must be initiated by you! We will never call or email to solicit information to assist with activating your card.
You will get a one-time-use activation code via text (SMS) and/or via email for verification once you request it. Do not share it with anyone.
We will never call or email to ask for your account or card information, including your email address, account number, card number, passwords, Personal Identification Number (PIN), or the security code at the back of your card.
If you have difficulty activating your NCB Visa Debit card, notice fraudulent activity, or if your card is lost, damaged or stolen, call our Customer Care Centre at 888-NCB-FIRST (888-622-3477).
