You can apply at the NCB kiosk or the MegaMart Customer Service Desk in the MegaMart store nearest to you.
You will be required to complete a simple application form and provide a Government-issued ID and TRN.
Additionally, persons who indicate that they are existing members will need to return their existing membership card.
Your card will be ready within ten (10) working days and should be collected at the same MegaMart location where your application was submitted.
For members who are currently active, their existing points will be automatically transferred to the new card by the first transfer period of newly-earned points.
Earning rewards is EASY! Just present your MegaMart MegaBonus Rewards Card whenever you shop at any MegaMart location. Points are accumulated over a 1 month period and applied to your card on the 25th of the following month (or on the following business day should the 25th fall on a holiday or weekend).

Yes. Your card is valid for four (4) years; the expiry date is printed on the card. NCB automatically reissues your new card three months prior to the expiry date and sends it to MegaMart for your collection (provided your MegaMart Membership remains active).
Membership is renewable annually with MegaMart and is valid for one year from the date you receive your card.
At the time of expiry, if you have sufficient available points, they will be automatically deducted to cover the cost of the yearly fee. If you have insufficient points, you will be notified at the register that the card is no longer valid. You may visit the MegaMart Customer Service Desk and pay the fee to renew your membership.
Active members’ points will not expire. If your membership has expired and you do not renew within 90 days, any existing points will expire at the end of the 90 day period.
Membership may be terminated based on the discretion of the cardholder, NCB or MegaMart at any time. All rewards should be used and the card returned to MegaMart.
No. Your card will be personalized with your name on it, as such, you are the only person who can use the card. You may, however, apply for a supplementary card for an additional person.
All reports of lost/stolen/damaged cards and any other issues must be reported to the NCB Customer Care Centre at 888-622-3477. Replacements will be issued and sent to the MegaMart location of your choice. NCB customers will be able to report lost/ stolen or damaged cards and request replacements by visiting managemycard.jncb.com.
