Application for Telegraphic Transfer

  1. All relevant sections of the application form must be completed.
  2. Completed application form must be printed and signed by the applicant.
  3. Completed and signed application form may subsequently be sent to the bank for processing using one of the following options:
    1. Scanned and submitted via regular electronic mail or faxed to account holding branch provided indemnity (Authority and Indemnity for Electronic Mail and Facsimile Instructions) for submission of requests via email/fax has been completed , signed and is being held by the branch
    2. Sent via regular mail/courier to account holding branch
