It provides qualifying customers with exclusive access to a range of benefits and special offers across NCB group. To become a member of NCB Ascend, interested individuals can reach out to their preferred branch's Personal Banker for more information. The Personal Banker will provide details and assist with enrolling in the programme.
Yes! There are no fees associated with becoming an Ascend member. Customers can enjoy all the benefits and exclusive offers provided by the program without paying any additional charges.
Ascend clients benefit from unique offerings across the NCB group and special services from a team of skilled professionals. These include prioritized in-branch service, preferential rates, discounts on fees, airport priority lounge passes, and many others! The specific benefits may vary and are subject to change
To be eligible for NCB Ascend, customers must meet one of the criteria outlined in the eligibility requirements. NCB Ascend is not a paid service.
Currently, the services offered under the NCB Ascend program will be extended to a spouse who is a joint account holder. This means in the case of a joint account between a couple, if one party meets the eligibility criteria for NCB Ascend, both individuals will be able to access the benefits and exclusive offers provided by the program.
