Following on activities since the start of the year, Jamaica’s leading financial institution, National Commercial Bank Ja Ltd. (NCB), continues to celebrate its 175th anniversary through various activities and initiatives.
“For August 7-10, we celebrated Jamaica Week in our branches and so all of our 37 banking halls have been decorated with a Jamaican theme,” commented Belinda Williams, NCB Group Corporate Communications Manager. “It’s all a part of how we celebrate with our nation our 50th Jubilee as well as how we celebrate our own Anniversary, which coincidentally, falls within the same month.”
In light of this, on Friday, August 10, customers who visited the Atrium were treated to Jamaican treats and music. “We want our customers to know how much we really appreciate them and so this is an opportune time to treat them to Jamaican treats and a little music, such as mento and ska,” Williams said.
